What is a slot?
A slot is one listing live at a time. Book ten slots and you have ten properties online. As soon as one is let and you switch it off, the slot frees up and you fill it with the next.
There is no term per listing. A property may stay online for three days or eight months — it costs the same.
Entering the same property twice uses two slots. That is why nobody does it. We need no duplicate check, because the problem settles itself.

In early 2024 Homegate and ImmoScout24 raised listing prices so sharply that the Swiss Price Supervisor opened an investigation. Some agencies report up to CHF 4'000 per month.

Immovix does not currently accept listings from private individuals. That is a deliberate restriction: an account tied to a company in the commercial register with a verifiable telephone number is hard to misuse for fraud. As soon as we have a robust process for private listings, we will open it up.

Common questions
You can switch off an existing listing and reuse the slot, or move up a plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and is billed pro rata.
Yes. Monthly plans run monthly, yearly plans for twelve months with two free. There is no minimum term beyond the period you chose and no automatic renewal without notice.
You can. It simply uses two slots and costs you accordingly. We block nothing — we only make sure a duplicate listing costs you more than a single good one.
The same as one gone after three days. You pay for the slot, not the time. Properties in difficult locations therefore cost you no more than easy ones.
The application arrives directly in your inbox with the documents attached. Immovix redirects nothing, stores no dossiers and sells no leads.
We measure nothing automatically, but tenants can review your agency, and reviews appear on your profile page. Anyone who systematically fails to reply loses visibility.
