As a rule: a debt-collection extract no more than three months old, your last three payslips, a copy of your ID, and contact details for your current landlord. You send the documents straight to the agency — Immovix never sees or stores them.

In several cantons the landlord must disclose the previous rent. If you consider it abusive, you can contest the initial rent within 30 days of taking possession, before the conciliation authority.
